Booking

Welcome to EasyInn Holiday Home, your home away from home in Lucknow. By confirming a reservation with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions designed to ensure a safe, respectful, and enjoyable stay for all our guests.

Your booking is officially confirmed once full payment is received via our secure online portal, at which point you will receive a confirmation email.

Please note that while we strive to provide a seamless experience, EasyInn is not liable for any personal injuries, accidents, or loss of property during your stay, and guests are encouraged to take standard precautions with their belongings.

Furthermore, EasyInn shall not be held responsible for any actions, omissions, or misconduct of the guests or their visitors during their stay.

By booking with us, the guest agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold EasyInn harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, or costs (including legal fees) arising from the guest's conduct or any breach of these terms.

Check-in

Our check-in process begins at 12:00 PM on your arrival date, and we kindly ask that you check out by 10:00 AM on the day of your departure.

While we love to accommodate late check-outs, these are subject to availability and may incur an additional fee.

To maintain the quality of our home, the maximum occupancy is set between 6 to 8 guests; please be aware that parties exceeding 6 guests may be subject to extra charges.

We are a pet-friendly apartment and welcome your furry friends, but we maintain a strict no-smoking policy inside the premises. For those who smoke, please use only the designated outdoor areas.

Rules

We take pride in our peaceful location and ask that you help us maintain good relations with our neighbours.

EasyInn is situated in a quiet residential area home to many elderly residents, so we strictly prohibit loud music or excessive noise after 11:00 PM.

Guests are expected to follow all community guidelines and use the provided amenities responsibly.

Regarding any damages to the property or its contents, we operate a strict "New for Old" policy. Guests are responsible for the physical replacement of the damaged article with a brand-new item of similar or better quality, or the reimbursement of the current total replacement cost.

For long-term stays, a refundable security deposit may be required, which is typically returned within 24 hours of check-out pending a property inspection.

Cancellation & Refunds

Our refund and cancellation policy is straightforward:

If you cancel your reservation at least 24 hours before your scheduled check-in, you are eligible for a full refund.

Cancellations made within the 24-hour window, as well as no-shows, are strictly non-refundable.

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 days.

In rare cases of "Force Majeure" or unforeseen natural disasters, we reserve the right to assess refund eligibility on a case-by-case basis.

Privacy

Finally, your privacy is important to us. Any personal information collected during the booking process is used solely for reservation purposes and will never be shared with third parties.

EasyInn reserves the right to update these terms as needed, with any significant changes communicated to you in advance.
